Shipping Policy

We offer $10 flat-rate shipping for Weighted Hug orders within the United States.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Each Weighted Hug is built in Minnesota with meticulous attention to detail. Because our products are weighted, textile-based, and produced in small batches, we prioritize reliable, cost-effective delivery while keeping shipping clear and predictable.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by shipping updates once your Weighted Hug is on its way.

Return Policy

We want you to feel confident and supported in your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or visible signs of wear.

Returns are accepted by mail only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for purchasing their own return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so your item arrives safely.

There are no restocking fees.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or there was an error with your order.

Exchanges, Damaged or Defective Items

At this time, we do not accept direct exchanges.

If you would like a different color or style, please return your item according to the return policy above and place a new order when available.

If your Weighted Hug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
